Puppies week 8

All the puppies are doing sits and downs, including the folding down. I have included pictures this week of all the pups doing a sit and a down. We are sad to say the we had an accident last week.  Pup #4, the white and black girl, escaped out of a four foot high ex-pen and got her toe stuck in the pen on her way down and fractured her toe. We have had it x-rayed and we have sent them to Dr. Radcliff in West Virgina. Dr. Radcliff wanted us to splint it for two weeks and then re x-ray. He does not feel she needs surgery and he thinks she will recover completely. We will know more by January 4th when we have it rechecked. We are also excited to have a great new home for the party brindle boy.  We will miss him but we know he will be well cared for and loved. The solid brindle boy is still available, and possibly one girl to the right home.
